Dear all,

Please have a look at the expanded IANA section. It has registration procedure picked up from the
MIME registration.  I assume the process is acceptable although it might need wordsmithing.

I am not convinced that registering the current keys has some value (I can see only the drawbacks) so I did not put it in.

A central repository might have value if it would contain anything beyond the string.

For keys it does not look that it will.

But I am still listening.
