    CRC-32c Algorithm checking D'oh



    All,
    
    I have made an error in the CRC algorithm presented in the SCTP digest
    draft.  The reflected table returns a value that has MS and LS bytes
    reflected in addition to the bits within a byte.  The error was my placement
    of the results.
    
    There is an example code that implements both the table methods and a bit by
    bit method for comparison.  Here is the results with a test pattern of
    "123456789".
