iSCSI: Kerberos authentication implementation

Sorry for the delay in sending this. I had a number of personal and work
issues come up after the last IETF.

At the Atlanta meeting, I got Kerberos authentication working. A number of
the Kerberos developers, especially Ken Hornstein, were very helpful in
making this happen.

The first mutual Kerberos authentication happened, most appropriately,
happened during the saag session. :-)

There were only two issues that came up, and neither one is big enough to
interfeer with last call. I'll EMail about them in sepate EMails.
