iSCSI: New SLP draft

I just published a new version of the iSCSI SLP template.
Until it pops out of the I-D queue, it's available at:

Major changes from the last draft:

- Replaced access-list attribute with the three auth-xxxx attributes
  to match the iSCSI authentication model and the IPS Authentication
  MIB.

- Added an optional initiator identity to the end of the service URL
  to allow separate sets of auth-xxxx attributes to be registered for
  a target, also to be consistent with the IPS Authentication MIB.

- Updated the Security Considerations text.
