Hi all,

On Sept 5, an announcement for draft 15 was sent to the list.
I am in the process of investigating this, but please disregard.
We believe that this is the same draft 15 announced about a month ago, that completed WG last call.
Julian has just submitted draft 16, and that should be posted soon.
