The authors of the security draft deserve credit not only for thorough,
well-organized technical coverage but also for the informative overviews,
threat analyses, and pragmatics. There are a few editorial
opportunities/nits (sent to the editors) but overall the document is going
to continue to be a great resource.

Technical Issue:

Although David Black and possibly others have already commented on it, it's
imperative to fix the 'tunnel versus transport' text in 2.6.4 (page 25) to
match the outcome from the Minneapolis meeting and subsequent e-mail
discussion/consensus. No doubt this was an oversight.
