    Julian:

    According to the diagram in section 9.10 of the new draft 13,
    the I bit has been removed from the Text Request PDU.
    Is this correct or is this a typo?  It is not mentioned
    in the change log, and I do not remember any discussion about
    removing it when the C bit was introduced.  Is it somehow
    connected to that?
