Santosh,
Lets not do anything major like that in the current draft.  We want the
draft  to close, however, something like what you suggested, that starts
out as a separate (perhaps informational) draft, would probably be welcome.
Are you volunteering to do the work or lead the effort?

Hello,

I was wondering if there was any interest in having some error recovery
diagrams in the draft, similar to Annex C of FCP-2 which illustrates
error detection and recovery examples.

A line diagram description of the iscsi error recovery cases in an annex
would make it a lot easier to understand the iscsi error recovery. A set
of standard error scenarios could be depicted as line diagrams to show
how the protocol allows recovery from those scenarios.
