About the oprational key parameters

Hi

 

Could any one give me some idea that whether the operational key parameter values are case sensitive or not . In the draft nothing has been mentioned in this regard.

            In case of the keys which are having the numeric values , there is no problem , but in case the keys values are strings , I am not able to find whether these will be case sensitives or not .
