FCIP: Special Frame FC-BB-2 Security Proposal Available

The proposal covering the FC-BB-2 half of the Special
Frame (SF) authentication protocol described previously
on this reflector for FCIP is available as:

In a day or two it will be moved to:

If you cannot find it in one place try the other.

Since this half of the protocol must be defined in T11
standards, this proposal is informational only to the
IPS WG. However, comments and requests for changes
made on this reflector will be considered.

I believe that the results of the T11 deliberations will
be available for reporting at the Huntington Beach interim
meeting.
