Section 2.2.3 iSCSI Login, paragraph 6, last sentence
should probably refer to ``Chapter 5 Login Phase'' rather
than to ``chapter 1''.

Section 2.4 iSCSI Session Types and Appendix D section 33
refer to ``a close session type of logout request''.

Shouldn't this phrase be
``logout request with reason "close the session"''?

First, to be consistent with the rest of the document
which uses the second phrase, and secondly since
there is only one type of logout request, but with
different _reasons_ (which would be the keyword).
