I hope that neither of these is necessary to the conclusion,
because 

	a)  there is explicitly a SCSI CDB to set transport mode
	page parameters (MODE SELECT, Protocol Specific Port page) 
	and 
	b)  zero copy can only be performed a Protocol DU at a time,
	since EMDP may request that SCSI data be delivered even
	though part of the data for a command is still missing.

I also hope that you do not need to implement different
characteristics for each logical unit, which is allowed by
the LUN-oriented MODE SELECT commands, but is disallowed by
the transport layer negotiation.
