    I think the reference is to the length of the entire iSCSI PDU.  Since TCP
    is a stream protocol, the fields in the BHS of each iSCSI PDU relating to
    length (TotalAHSLength and DataSegmentLength) can be used to establish where
    in the TCP stream the subsequent iSCSI PDU will begin.
    
    If the iSCSI header is no good, making the total iSCSI PDU length uncertain,
    how can processing continue at the next PDU?
    
    At least I think this is what is being asked...
