iSCSI: SLP MIB draft-00

A draft of the new SLP MIB is now available at:

This MIB is discussed on the srvloc-discuss@lists.sourceforge.net,
but I thought it might be of interest to iSCSI and FCIP folks.

Also, Ira has put quite a bit of work into making this MIB
writable, and it deserves a look as we do the same with the
SCSI, iSCSI, and FCIP MIBs.
