1) I received following email from IETF announcement.

2) I haven't received any email from IPS mail group regarding this announcement. I can't see this email even in IPS newsgroup archives.
I feel I am missing emails from IPS work group. Is any one seeing the same behavior? If any one confirms me, I will really appreciate it.
