iSNS: Last Call Technical Comments

Comments were received on the iSNS Draft during WG Last Call.  An updated
version has been submitted to IETF for consideration by the IPS WG.  The
deltas from draft 15 are shown in this PDF version:

The draft was updated to reflect the following technical comment:
  - requested new iFCP attribute, FC Permanent Port Name (PPN), as included
in the T11 FC-GS-4 name server.  This attribute is not used by the iSCSI
protocol.

The following clarifications were made to the iSNS Draft:
  - object keys were highlighted in Section 5 attribute tables
  - text was added to clarify how object keys are contained in the Operating
Attributes for messages
  - payload references to always use PDU Payload terminology

References to other drafts were also updated.
