Task management processing

I have a question about section 9.6.2, Task
Management actions on task sets.  SAM-2 specifies
that a LUN RESET shall abort all tasks per SAM-2
aborting tasks rules.  From my perspective a
target's handling of a LUN RESET is the equivalent
of the LUN having received a CLEAR TASK SET, in
addition to the other requirements of a LUN RESET.

My question is should section 9.6.2 also include
LUN RESET, TARGET WARM RESET, and TARGET COLD
RESET as task management requests that force a
specific order of execution by the initiator and
the target?
