Task Reassign corresponding to logouts

 Hi All,
  There is another doubt here. 
When the Error recovery level is 2, Is it necessary to perform Task Reassign after all successful logouts? Or is it that Task Reassign be performed only if the logout request is that corresponding to "remove the connection for recovery".
