Thanks for the clarification. The draft was clear... that's
why I was wondering, interpreting wrongly "another organization"
as "an organization other then the deploying organization".

Yes.
The words "another organization" mean "an organization other
than the owner of the SPEKE patent". The draft is intended
to clearly explain that the methods are subject to a patent currently
owned by Phoenix. Please let me know if you find any of the
language there to be unclear.
