Julian,

I can't remember if I asked about this [and whether you responded, if I
did ask].

Is byte 3 of the reject pdu supposed to be "reserved" or is the reject
reason code supposed to be 2 bytes in length ? This is'nt coming across
clearly from a reading of Section 3.17 of Rev 08.
