    Announcements & Minn. Agenda

    A couple of organizational announcements:

    - Steve Bellovin has found it necessary to step down as
one of the IP Storage WG co-chairs due to other
demands on his time. Steve will continue to consult
with the WG on security matters. His contributions
to the WG in the time he's served as co-chair have
been valuable and appreciated at least by the ADs
and your remaining co-chairs. Please join us in
    	thanking Steve for his efforts.
    - I'm pleased to be able to announce that Franco Travostino
    	of Nortel Networks (travos@nortelnetworks.com)
has accepted the position of iFCP Technical
    	Coordinator.

Also, it's time (actually past time) to start assembling the
agenda for the Minneapolis meetings. Please send requests
for agenda time to me <black_david@emc.com> with copies to
    Elizabeth <egrodriguez@lucent.com> and the appropriate
technical coordinator for items that relate to their protocol:
    	iSCSI: John Hufferd <hufferd@us.ibm.com>
    	FCIP: Murali Rajagopal <muralir@lightsand.com>
    	iFCP: Franco Travostino <travos@nortelnetworks.com>
    Note that a submitted Internet-Draft is generally a pre-requisite
to obtaining agenda time (i.e., agenda requests should indicate
the draft involved), and that the primary purpose of
time in the meetings is to discuss issues as opposed to
giving technical presentations (i.e., assume that your
    audience has read your draft(s)).

    Thanks,
    --David
