    WN is fixed already in 5 (the Kerberos digest is a late addition).

    Some questions on the WN field in draft -04. wrt. the bits
    used to encode the digest types on the header and/or
    data segment:
    
    1. Why are these needed since the use of the digests
    is negotiated?
    
    2. What should they be set to if one of the Kerberos
    digests are used?  When a proprietary digest is used?
    
    Perhaps they could be changed to two one bit fields
    to indicate whether the digest is simply present or not.
    
    Also, I would also suggest inverting the meaning of the
    next header type bit (bit 7).
