    More iSNS changes coming

In the process of getting the iSNS draft in shape for
submission to the ADs/IESG, some text changes have
become necessary that may not be expected. These are
not supposed to be functional or requirements changes,
but they will impact the text beyond what typically
happens in this draft cleanup stage:

    (1) iSNS uses Block Structured Descriptor (BSD) values from
SLP. The draft currently says that 0x002 is the
only defined value - that turns out to be incorrect, as
there are and will be other values (to appear shortly
in an IANA registry). The draft text will be rewritten
to say that support for BSD value 0x002 is "MUST implement"
as part of the iSNS authentication block for all iSNS
clients, and likewise for iSNS servers that use
    	broadcast or multicast.

    (2) In order to simplify IANA's task in dealing with
allocation of new iSNS Attributes, the funky
characters in the T column of the attribute
table in Section 7.1 will be removed from that
table; the text linked to them will be expanded to
say which attributes it applies to.

    Thanks,
