iSCSI - Draft 12 Editorial Inconsistency

Last para of Section 2.5.3.2 of draft 12 says,

"A login request may indicate an implied logout (cleanup) of the connection to be logged in (we call this a connection restart) through the X flag in the first login request header."

But from draft-11 on, X-bit of login PDU is set to zero. So, this paragraph is confusing and I think its not requied here.
