Not sure why this is relevant. L2TP is one of the transport mode 
encapsulation variants (the other being Transport mode IP-IP). However, it 
is typically only implemented on a VPN gateway, not an iSCSI HBA, Target or 
Gateway. If there are any iSCSI, FCIP, or iFCP vendors planning to implement 
L2TP, I'd be quite surprised.
