The Storage Systems department is inviting applications for intern positions for Summer 2012. Ongoing projects include: de-duplicated storage, large-scale reliable distributed systems, energy efficiency, solid-state storage, and storage architectures for mobile and cloud platforms. The candidates must be enrolled in a PhD program and have solid technical knowledge, hands-on experimental skills, and a strong publication record. Students will work closely with group members on new research problems, with potential for publication in premier conferences.
