INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a advanced Masters or Ph.D. candidate in CS, EE for a summer intern opening in a storage system related kernel project. The ideal candidate would have excellent C programming skills, detailed knowledge of operating systems design and Linux in particular as well as experience with network processing.

The I/O Kernel project is a novel approach to enterprise storage subsystem software design.  We will be customizing a generic embedded POSIX kernel to meet the performance, security, and virtualization requirements of an I/O channel in a network attached storage system.
